Hi,
I'm not getting vibrations for Hangouts messages after the first notification on my Versa 2. I spent an hour reproducing this last night: One person messages me, I get notified on my watch. Another messages and my phone vibrates, but nothing happens on my watch. I can pull down the notifications bar and see their new message but I was not alerted.
This issue seems isolated to Hangouts. Other messengers appear to be working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling FitBit and Hangouts. Rebooted both phone and watch, no improvements.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. Please re-setup the notifications feature of your Fitbit device and let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks for troubleshooting this issue with me. To further investigate, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Are you receiving notifications from other apps? Text and phone call notifications? If possible, please send me screenshot of the notifications settings from the Messages app of the Fitbita app so I can verify that all the settings are correctly configured.

Since you're having difficulties only with the Hangouts app, I recommend you to re-setup the notifications feature of your Fitbit device following the steps that were shared on my previous post and let me know if the issue persists.
