Versa 2 stop syncing with Samsung S7

I've had a Versa 2 since September 2019.  Over the past month, I've been finding that it randomly stops syncing with my Samsung S7.  When that happens, I've followed the help instructions and everything is up to date.  I restart my tracker and sometimes that helps, but not always.  Next, I restart my phone and sometimes that helps but not always.   I can't figure out a pattern to when it stops or how to fix it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Wow, we bought same exact month/year and same thing happening to our Versa 2 lite.  Many hours trying to fix this and seams to be common issue.  I would love a authorized support person to acknowledge this issue  and come up come up with a fix asap.
