Versa 2 suddenly stopped getting text notifications using samsung s10e.

I have a versa 2 and everything was working fine until one day I no longer was getting my text notifications. I am able to get incoming call notifications but not text. I have restarted the fitbit and phone. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I have made sure all the settings are correct. What can be done to fix this issue?

I have received phone calls through the Fitbit but my text & push notifications of stopped working. I have the same Samsung Galaxy S10e. I went through the checklist that was online.
