Versa 2 unable to set up

Trying to set up my Versa 2 and fitbit doesn't find it and says try again 🤦‍:female_sign:🤷‍:female_sign:

Hi there,

 

My versa 2 and phone were working together well until two days ago. They suddenly weren't syncing together. I turned off bluetooth, turned it back on. Turned phone off and on. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. None of these worked. So i took the versa 2 off the app and tried to set it up again.

My phone finds it on bluetooth but never moves to the next screen so i can type in the 4 digit verification code. I've tried on wifi and using data. No change.

I have a samsung A52. Both phone and Versa 2 are only a month or so old. Both updated recently.

What could be causing the issue?

The Bluetooth on the phone should not find the tracker. 

All setup must be down through the fitbit app @hedwards19 

Let us know at what step the process fails and any error messages
