My versa 2 was doing fine for weeks and now won't sync with my galaxy. I've tried everything that was suggested. Force stop app, restart phone, turn Bluetooth on and off etc. Have done all this several times.

Same here with my Samsung galaxy.
I think fitbit has a connectivity problem that needs fixing. The App keeps saying fitbit.com is down for maintenance.

Me too! I have a galaxy s10. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, factory reset, turning bluetooth on and off. I can go a couple days without issues but then I get days like today when it won't sync at all and I can't get any notifications. All my other bluetooth devices work without any problems. Extremely frustrating!

I don't think it's defective, I think there was a problem with the update that went out and now no one in my house can get texts or sync promperly
