Versa 2 won't sync

I have logged out of fitbit, restarted my phone, turned blue tooth off, forced stop on fitbit.  Not sure what else there is to do.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
