Versa 2 won't sync

My versa 2 hasn't synced since yesterday. I uninstalled the app and re-installed. Unpaired it with my bluetooth and removed it from my app. Now I'm trying to reset it up and the watch won't even come up on my phones Bluetooth. Any help would be appreciated.

I've spent the last 3 hours going back and forth with ftbit support. Done every single troubleshoot multiple times. No luck. At least I'm not alone, I guess. 🤷‍:female_sign:

@JustineI the worse thing a user can do, with a sync issue, is to tell fitbit.com that they do not want to use their tracker. The problem is in the phone.or tracker, not with Fitbit.com. 

I would try the sync tips, once,  once the sync issue is fixed we can setup the tracker. 

 

@msbettyboop57 what is the issue, saying the same doesn't tell us much.

Thing is,, I never changed any of settings. I've had the tracker on this whole time. I ended up having to go back to factory settings and had to wait a good 6 hours for my phone / Bluetooth  to finally find my versa 2. Seems to be fixed for now.
