@Donj85 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

The gallery is on the Fitbit app on your mobile device. 
Open the Fitbit app. Tap on the devices icon (top left)> Versa 3. 
There you'll see the menu and the gallery. 
Tap on the gallery to search and view the available clock faces. 

Sync the Versa 3 with the app to install the desired clock face. 

I'm not quite sure to understand how the Versa 3 is looking for your profile picture, could you please elaborate this?
