Versa 3 got locked by password and had un sync with my android phn

While kept on charging versa 3 had automatically created a password and got locked. And while trying to remove the password it got un sync with my android. And now when I'm trying to sync the pairing code which comes is not showing up and ask for password to open the versa 3.
