Hello, I am going to try this because I have hit a dead end with Fitbit support. My wife and I recently got new phones. Samsung Galaxy s23 ultras. I set up both watches, we both have the same phone, we both have the same watch. Everything on my watch works, everything on her watch works except when I text her she gets a notification from the watch that she has a text message but it will not open up so she can read it from the watch. I have done four factory resets on the versa 3 and uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app onto the her phone just as many times. Everything is up to date yet I cannot make it work. And Fitbit cannot make it work either. If anybody else has had this issue I would greatly appreciate some feedback. As I stated I set up both phones and both watches and mine works fine but hers not so much. It's too bad really because everything else on her phone works as it should. Thanks for any help!
