My Versa 3 was working fine and then all of a sudden it won't pair with my Bluetooth and my Bluetooth says I need an app to use it I have the Fitbit app I have the latest version I've tried turning my phone off and turning it back on I've tried turning my Versa three off and turning it back on any suggestions

@Aneka317 Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you connect your device with your smartphone. Please note that the Bluetooth connection is not done manually, but it is managed by the Fitbit app. You can only pair the device on the Fitbit app, it does not work over the Bluetooth settings on your phone. That is the reason you receive that message.
