Versa 3 won't sync on Samsung Galaxy S10 after update

I'm having trouble syncing my Versa 3 to a Samsung 10, after Samsung updated. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanking you in

advance.

Hi @Mamapam11 - it may be necessary to restart both watch and phone.

 

If that doesn't work, try

  • removing the Versa 3 Bluetooth entries from the phone
  • logout of the Fitbit App and back in
  • head to the phone home screen and if a sync pop up appears click on it and wait for the pair and link prompts
  • if not return to the Fitbit App and wait for them.

 

If that doesn't fix it, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

Thank you very much for your help. I finally called Fitbit help and they were able to help me. They had me do some of things you suggested. Thank you so much answering me.
