I have a new Android and my fitbit app won't pair with it. I don't have access to my old phone. How do I pair my new phone with the app?

Hello @KatherineU 

I'm a little confused by your post since you say that you aren't able to get your new Android phone paired with the app. As far as I know, there isn't pairing with between the phone & the Fitbit app. 

There's pairing between the Fitbit device, Versa 4 in your case, and the Fitbit app on your phone. Is this what you meant?

Please give us more details about the problem you're having with trying to connect your Versa 4 to the Fitbit app on your phone. Where are you getting stuck? What error messages do you see?
