According to my actual watch it says the WiFi is off? So how does it get turned on? It won't synced apparently with my phone, and 2 or 3 apps I have downloaded to the watch, don't work at all. Not 100% happy with my watch. But Love fitbit. Heart rate not always accurate, and does not consistently record sleep.

I seem to remember that the watch only shows connected when it's on charge and it needs to download apps, playlists or updates. It doesn't use Wifi to sync so I think that may be a different problem that the following help file may cover: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
