Long story short: bought a Versa, HR monitor didn't work. Called Fitbit, received a replacement. Replacement #1 HR monitor didn't work. Called Fitbit, received another replacement. Replacement #2 HR monitor didn't work.
I've tried all tech support tips I could find including putting a piece of tape over the sensor. I do have tattoos over the area where I would ideally like to wear the watch, however the sensor doesn't work anywhere else on my body either. The green light flickers but it does not pick up anything.
I've scoured the internet for a solution, however every tip I've found does not work for me. Has anyone else experienced this, and did you ever find a real resolution? I never had this issue with Garmin.
