Hi
I did a factory reset for my versa lite, the watch into a firmware update mode after reset. Now even after 24hrs this is till updating tried to connect to my laptop and do with USB didnt work there as well

It's more than a month since my watch stopped working, I was promised a replacement since support was not able to get it done over air. Its more than a month now and I dnt have a watch. Can you please provide some other way to get my watch running I have lost hopes of getting a replacement
