Dear support team from Fitbit,
My phone model is Huawei Nova 3i. Yesterday I just bought Fitbit Versa Lite and I found there is a issue for notification. I could not receive the notification though my watch. FYI, I have restart my phone, sync and sync again, restart the Bluetooth. It seems like Huawei nova 3i is not under the list of supported devices, if possible, please help to advise the solution?

Thanks for troubleshooting this notifications issue. Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your watch and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device. If you want to check if your phone is compatible, I recommend checking the help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
When a device isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch, but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions in the article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
