I understand from various forum discussions that Oneplus users are also facing syncing issues with versa lite. On perusal of fitbit supported devices page, under OnePlus category only 'Oneplus One' seems to be listed. Can someone guide as to why the later version devices may not be suppporting the fitbit syncing in entirety.

Hi @AyushJ. Welcome to the Forums!
Thanks for letting me know about your Versa Lite, as well for checking the compatibility with your phone. Our team performs tests so they can ensure a full functionality between the Fitbit app and your phone. This hasn't been completed in your OnePlus 7 phone and this is why it doesn't appear in the supported devices list. Currently there isn't a time frame when your phone will appear in that list, if you've not done so there are some steps that you can try to sync your Versa Lite:
- Remove any device from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
- On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Go back one screen and tap on force stop.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Versa Lite.
- Open the Fitbit app and try the setup process one more time.
Keep me posted! 😉

Thanks for a quick revert.
>From the given link of supported devices, it can be seen that OP 6 is a
supported device whereas the website mentions only OP One. Furthermore, it
may also be seen that under iOS platform, the entire range from 5s to XS
Max is being covered under the compatible list.
So would appreciate if compatibility tests for Android platforms could also
be conducted to cover a wider range of devices offering latest technologies
and app supports

Based on the various solutions provided, the force stop function seems to be rectifying the notification error but only for few hours/ temporarily. Please advise as to how many times does a user need to force stop their app just to make sure that device works properly.
