Versa Lite randomly added steps to the account

My versa lite has just randomly added 7000 steps. Not just on the app or else I would think it was a blip, but actually only the tracker itself.

Any idea why and how I can correct it without losing everything?. I have tried logging out, force quitting the app etc already.
