Versa Lite stuck on Fitbit logo after firmware update

I am using fit bit versa lite version... i tried syncing mobile with watch it asked for firmware update. Once updated I am not able to.perform any operation. Watch struck with fit bit logo. Firmware download 100% is completed but not able to check anything on watch its simply displays logo and Bluetooth gets disconnected automatically till I reopen app in phone again

 

 

Raised issue for support team if any extended help would do needful

I have this same issue. My versa lite is stuck on the download app screen after installing the update.  I have tried all the suggestions I could on this forum.  I need help with my Fitbit.  I have only had it for 10 months.  Thanks Joanne

Please contact customer support if its within warranty they will verify and intitate replace for the product if eligible

Thanks, @SunsetRunner Vini-1824.  I actually just got it to work.  I connected it to my computer and used my wifi instead of the Bluetooth to update it.  It worked well and fast.  Thanks for your reply.
