When I am listening to my music through my Anker Bluetooth speaker, there will come a time that it starts cutting in and out. I use Spotify for music on my Galaxy 4a. I turned off all notifications, still happens. I can only assume it is because my Versa Lite is syncing. This issue did not occur until I got the Versa Lite.
Has anyone had this problem? Is there a solution?

Hi @SicaRose, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. As it turns out, the Samsung Galaxy 4A is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with this specific phone and your Fitbit device. Moreover, because your Versa Lite uses Bluetooth technology to connect with your phone, this can cause interference with the speaker or other Bluetooth devices if you're using them at the same time you sync your Fitbit.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

My bad I have a Pixel 4A. It doesn't matter because I took the Fitbit back anyway.
Is there an option to stop syncing all day? I might reconsider buying a fitbit if that is the case.
