Versa Lite won't sync

I have a samsung galaxy s21+ and a versa lite. I have tried everything and it just wont stay synced. I've followed steps on other posts. Redownloaded the app, reset the fitbit, removed it as a device and readded it multiple times. Im at my wits end. After I initially get it set up to my phone, it just stops syncing, and if I want it to sync i have to do the process all over again. Please help!!

Try these steps next time. 

  • Remove the tracker from your phones Bluetooth. 
  • Hold your finger on the Fitbit icon 
  • Tap App info
  • Stop app
  • Storage and Cache / Clear Cache
  • If this doesn't work / Clear Data 

Tgese steps have rarely not worked for me

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Versa Lite is not syncing correctly and for all your efforts.

Can you please check which Fitbit app version you have?

I recommend you follow the 11 steps described in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? (the order is very important).

I have version 4.43.1

I have followed the steps in the article twice now to no avail. I just get the initial connection and then no continued syncing.

Try these steps next time. 

  • Remove the tracker from your phones Bluetooth.

It worked briefly. After I took my watch off the charger it quit syncing. The app thinks my watch has no battery (it is very much charged). Its looking like whenever the watch is not charging the app cant find its signal.

Try deleting the Fitbit app completely.
Then go to Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Storage → Clear Cache + Clear Data.
Restart your phone.

When you delete the App, you also delete the data and cache, and therefore will not find the Fitbit app in your list of installed apps. 

Clearing data will also clear cache, and log you out, I would then check for app updates. You also want to remove the Tracker from the list of trusted BT devices. 

Do not remove the tracker from your fitbit account

Still no. Any time it picks up the device is during set up
