Today (3.11.19) I had syncing issues all day and decided to wait until I got home to connect with WiFi. I have a Versa with an Android Google Pixel 2XL by the way. First, I restarted my Versa (hold down left side button and bottom right button at the same time, until you see the Fitbit logo, then let go). When the watch face came up I then decided to restart my phone. Now its back to into shape. I know it sounds simple but I hope this helps.
