Hello. I have problem with connecting my versa with my phone. I have read all the troubleshoot and done but yet nothing. I succeed only once and activate the smartwatch. But then didn't connect any more. Please help

This may be difficult to fix. There seems to be a general issue with fitbits using Huawei "lite" phones that fitbit cannot resolve. They say:
"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:

I know this does not mention to P10 Lite explicitly but I understand from other posts that this is likely affected by the same problem.
