Versa cannot sync with samsung note 9

Hi

My fitbit versa cannot sync with app on android phone. Tried resetting bluetooth..restarting..log out of app n then log in again...all to no avail.

Help! Please..

This might be happening because the Note 9 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

 

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

 

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

 

Maybe you could support this suggestion to add the Note 9 by commenting or voting for it. Be sure to read the FAQ if you have any questions on the way that board works.

I can get it to come up on my note 9 to pair to Bluetooth but it won't connect to Bluetooth and watch can't find device so I can't connect to any music. Everything else seems to be working the wifi the notifications etc just bluetooth
