My versa wouldn't sync to my LG G6 last night so I disconnected the tracker from the app and now I cannot reconnect the tracker to the app. I've gone through every troubleshooting steps the app/website offers.. I'm at a loss.

It sure can be frustrating when it fails to sync. These are the steps I follow when it happens to me:
Note that I don't recommend unpairing the fitbit as this can lead to the loss of unsynced data and can make it harder to fix. If you are really stuck then it's a better option to replace the fitbit by adding it again. This way if it fails you're still left with a connected fitbit.

LG G6 is not on the list of phones that "work" with FitBit but my LG G6 has worked most of the time syncing with my Alta. I want to buy a Versa but am hesitant if it won't sync with my phone. I'm encouraged that yours did sync at least for a while. I'll follow along hoping your experience gets better, but I won't buy the Versa till it looks like it will sync. I wish FitBit would check LG phones after the G3...
