I cannot get any notifications on my Fitbit versa 1. I used to get all notifications but this has stopped.

I've tried various troubleshooting solutions found in the community but it has not fixed the issue. This is one of them: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1610

This is big issue and the reason why I went for a fitbit as my children have congenital medical issues and I need to stay in contact with them all day. Sometimes I am not near my phone and thereby not being able to receive texts severely impacts my ability to stay in touch with them

My Fitbit Versa is within 20 feet of my Huawei android phone.

I have rebooted both my Huawei phone and my Fitbit Versa.

My phone connects ok to my bluetooth earphones.

I have ensured that Do Not Disturb (DND) feature isn’t enabled.

I've restarted the Fitbit app, reset network settings in my phone.

I have made sure all my permissions on my phone are turned on (in Fitbit app and on phone)

Resorted to factory resetting my Fitbit Versa.

Another thing I've done is I have visited the list of support devices and my Huawei andriod phone is not listed -  Huawei Nova 3i. This was a major disappointment because it was supported before. So now the product is not performing to what was expected. Now this increases this risk to my children's health.

What else can I try? Please help.

@chriscFIT welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not getting notifications. I appreciate the time spent trying the recommended troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.

I'm afraid that some features won't work if the mobile device is not listed in the supported devices list. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you due to need to be in contact with your children.

I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers and developers. I really appreciate your patience and time with this.

Thank you for your help @Odyssey13!

I'll be around if any question arises.
