I just got my fitbit versa, turned the notifications on via phone app and I'm not receiving any, how can I solve this?

Hi @Gil1981. Welcome to the Community.
Thanks for letting me know that you have the Versa, and let me help you to get the notifications working correctly. Since you have turned on the notifications on the Fitbit app, hold the left button on your Versa for a few seconds to turn on the notifications on your device. Make sure to sync your Fitbit Versa with the Fitbit app. If after doing this the notifications are still not working, I'd recommend to verify the following conditions to ensure they're correct:
- The Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
- The Do Not Disturb settings are off.
- Your phone receives notifications while locked. Find this setting under Sound and notification.
- The Fitbit app can run in the background on your phone.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use. For more details see this help article.
