Versa firmware 32.32.10.15 won't receive texts or calls on it

It used to work now my Google pixel is synced, everything else works, but no texts and calls. Yes all notifications are on on the app and on the watch. Please help

Thats a very old firmware, probably your watch was not properly installed or was factory reset and not properly installed.

 

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you get the latest firmware.
