Versa is up to date, but phone says it isn't

My phone says that my fitbit is up to date and it is, but when i go to change my Versa settings, it tells me there's an update. This started when I factory reset my Versa.

Factory resetting the Versa brought the Versa back to factory status and most likely removed the update. 

Has the Versa been setup back to your account? 

What version does your Versa say that it has? 

What happens when you tap on the notification of the update?

When I tap update, it starts to update, but then stops. When it stops, it says that the update is already there and that there is no need foe the update. When I exit the update pop-up, the update notification remains.

Try setting your tracker up as a replacement. Without removing the tracker.
