Versa laser not working and no heartrate

I have tried the turning it on and off.... even factory reset and still no heart/sleep. 

The versa is in perfect shape... don't want to buy a new one..... it is the green light the one that is not coming on.

 

Any help will be much appreciated !

Go to your Settings app and make sure you don't have heart rate turned off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
