Versa lite clockfaces and apps won't load

The fitbit app will not load the clockfaces or apps for my versa lite. I have been trying for a couple weeks to change the clock face and the app will not load the faces. I have unpaired and repaired the versa and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it will not load. Pretty annoying! Not sure what else to do and I have tried to search for a way to fix it but I find nothing but other people complaining about the same issue with no results how to fix. Please help! I'm beginning to think I should have gotten a different smart watch

Hi @M2759, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Versa Lite? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? I recommend you to troubleshoot the Fitbit app following the below steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

My phone is up to date and I have forced stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times and that doesn't seem to work. I have had this problem the last few weeks when I first got the versa lite. I try every few days hoping it just starts working. I have a Samsung galaxy j3 luna pro.

I have also been through these steps. I have tried the app on my Windows 10 laptop as well as on my Samsung Galaxy S5. I noticed that this model phone is not on the compatible devices list but I understand it should work on Windows 10.
