Versa lite won't sync since update

Can someone help me fix the sync on my versa lite.  It was fine until the update.

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I had to reset my phone and the versa like 5 times each... Finally it did work. Keep vigilant. 🙂 good luck..
