After an update on my pixel 3 and Fitbit versa, I am no longer get notifications. Help

The Today button takes you to the home screen, if you are in the home screen already then please continue following the other steps shared above.

I have Xiaomi Redmi Note S with Android 11. It was impossible to get any notification on my Fitbit Versa until I looked into the setting
"Notification Access", if yoy can't find it search for "Notification" in settings:
I discovered that Google Play Services was "Not allowed".
After changing to "Allowed" notification on my Fitbit Versa runs fine and it also solved a power isssue with the watch.
