I just recently purchased Note 10 plus, however,  it is not receiving text messages. It does show calls.

Did you find a solution to the issue? I've had the Note 10+ for about a week & no matter what I, I can't receive text messages.  It keeps connecting for music, but until yesterday, I wasn't getting call notifications.  I 'solved' that issue by clicking the button 'use for input' (or something like that.), but still no texts.
