On correct OS for Android, loaded latest version of Fitbit App and still not able to sync Versa to my phone. Did restart of phone and Versa. Turned bluetooth on and off. This is insane that it would just stop syncing with my phone starting yesterday (6/4) in the AM.

I see where your frustration is coming from. Your post was moved to this board, in an effort to keep the forums organized.
I'd like you to confirm this procedure was followed. If you didn't, try performing the steps as listed and continue monitoring its functionality. If your Versa isn't paired to your account anymore, follow this set up procedure.
