Versa not syncing with Galaxy Note 9

My Versa sometimes syncs and sometimes doesn't!! More often doesn't. I end up having to uninstall app and reinstall  which is annoying. I expected it to automatically sync but this is not the case and getting really fed up. I have had various fitbit  for years  but thinking about changing to another brand due to this frustrating fault

Thanks for letting us know that you've had to reinstall the app to get it to work. I understand why you could be frustrated with the situation.

 

The first thing I'd like to recommend is that you try to follow all of the steps in this help article. They should definitely help you getting everything to sync with your Note 9.
