It has been 3 weeks now and my fitbit app is no longer tracking my hourly activity. It DOES track on my watch but not my app.
Also.....my watch and app have stopped tracking my sleep and bpm.
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I have turned restarted the watch at least 50 times. I even disconnected my watch and had to pair it again with my phone and nothing is working.
Can someone please help as I love my watch and have had it for almost 2 years. Please tell me what else I can do. Thank you.
I have a Moto Z android phone.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know what do you mean when you say that your watch is tracking but not the Fitbit app? Do you mean that your Versa is in fact recording your hourly activity but not syncing it with the app? More details about this specific issue will be appreciated.
On the other hand, for the heart rate and sleep tracking issues, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are still flashing? When was the first time you experienced this issue? Is your Versa not tracking sleep at all or Sleep Stages?

My Versa is doing the exact something. Does not track my heart rate, sleep sometimes steps and other functions. I have factory set my phone, Versa you name it. This watch is useless to me at this point and have no intent to purchase a new one.
Exactly what do you need to ensure this issue is fixed! I know I am not the only user with this issue for other Fitbit watches and or phone users. As my phone carrier was on the phone with me for over 4 hours...they said the issue is clear with Fitbit and an update to the app.
