Versa not tracking sleep, HR or activity per hour with my turbo 2.

Versa less than a month old is not tracking sleep, heart rate or activity per hour/reminders with my turbo 2. Tried closing app and phone, Bluetooth. Anything else I should try?

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

The first thing I'd like to do is to ask you some questions on the matter:

  • Are they not being tracked by the Fitbit or is the Fitbit not syncing to your account?
  • When did this start happening?
  • Are the steps being synced and tracked to your account?

I wiped off the back of the tracker and it seems to have fixed it. Think it wasn't making contact to take the heart rate

The same thing has happened to me, but wiping the back hasn't helped.  It stopped tracking sleep, heart rate, and steps per hour on January 22nd.
