Versa notification problem with S21

I used to have a Note 8 and just got an S21. My Versa watch was fully working with steps, sleep, and apps (Message+, Calendar, calls, etc.) Then the apps stopped working. No settings were changed. When this happened with the Note, I saw the tip to restart the Versa 3 times and it would usually work again within a coupla hours. But not this time. I find plenty of help if the phone and watch aren't syncing but I haven't found any help if the apps aren't syncing only. Any help is much appreciated.

Hey there, @mikeyuneek.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for what you've tried so far. Have you checked if your Versa is paired to your Note 8's Bluetooth? When you switch phones, you need to unpair your watch from the old phone to sync with the new one (including notifications). So if your Versa is still paired to your old phone's Bluetooth, please unpair it first and then try the troubleshooting from this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Thanks, but how do I check if my Versa is still paired with my old phone? I'm not seeing that in the settings anywhere. Thanks

Hi, @mikeyuneek.

Regarding your inquiry, go to your old phone's Settings > Bluetooth. From there you'll see the list of Bluetooth devices paired to it. If you see "Versa" on that list, tap on the gear icon next to it and you'll see the option to remove, unpair or disconnect.

See you around!

I traded my old phone for the new phone, thus it is not in my possession. I'll click the link you suggested...
