Hi, I did a treadmill run and weights yesterday. Only the run synced to the app. I have restarted the versa 2, my phone, uninstalled the app and still won't sync. Its like that particular activity is completely lost. Thanks

@JessKenya Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I'd like you to make sure that workouts are tracked using SmartTrack or the exercise app on your Versa 2, once they have been tracked, all you need to do is sync your watch to your app. 

 

Since the activity didn't sync to your app, please follow this procedure to manually log it.
