Has anyone else had problems with their display turning white and flickering since applying the latest update? At times it's like it's trying to display two screens at one. I have restarted my watch a few times but that doesn't seem to help. Is there a way to rollback to the previous firmware? I'm using a Fitbit watch face, so no third party compatibility issues.
Also, while the most battery life I got was two days after the update my watch has died midday or been near that point at end of the day. I have followed the advice posted about extending battery life which has helped but not resolved that issue. I received this as a Christmas gift last year so hopefully the issues can be resolved without replacing it.
Thanks
David

I am having the exact same screen issues with no resolution so far. I called customer service and the person I spoke with was unable to resolve the issue. Your device may still be under warranty I would notify them immediately. I am going to try again tomorrow if I get home early enough.
The battery is probably the sync setting. Every time they do a firmware update it changes the setting to "all day sync" which drains the battery quickly. You have to go in and reset it manually. I

Thanks for your response. I contacted customer service and after going through a few steps they are replacing mine under warranty. Best of luck with yours.
