My Versa is alerting me that a text has arrived but when I try to read it or access it the Versa says I "Nothing New You Are All Caught Up" anyone else experiencing this?

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. That should definitely help in getting the notifications to display on your Fitbit.
