Just received the Fitbit Versa a week ago and loved it to start off with. However now it won't sync to my phone, I have gone through the forums and done all the trouble shooting; pair/unpair, on/off... etc. The only thing that works is when I uninstall the app and re-install it. However in doing so I lose all my data... which sucks. So what is the deal with the app??

Same issue, started yesterday morning and resolved. Then woke up this mornjng to the same issue... would love to know what the cause is.
