Versa won't Sync with app

My versa won't sync with the app. This has been going on for two days. I have tried turning blue tooth on and off and also restarting the watch. 

 

Can anyone help?

Hey, interesting that you say you've got problems syncing fitbit versa with your ipad. It's working flawless with my ipad 2017 (WLAN+4G), which needs an internet connection while syncing.

I've still got this problem with my Samsung J5 DUOS.

The newest app software update is not showing any improvement. Looks like I have to buy a new phone which is a bit annoying. Regards, Ingo
