After recent app update I am not able to add device in the Fitbit app in my Oppo phone. Btw im using Fitbit versa and I did reset of my versa. Now I can't pair this versa to the app. So it's kind of useless to me now. Please do something to resolve this issue

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing the steps that you have tried so far.
The first thing I'd like to ask is, what Oppo phone is it that you are using? Also, are you getting some sort of error message when you try to sync?
In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you try to go through all of the steps listed in this help article. While you have already tried some of them, please go through them in the order that they show up.
