My versa won't sync no matter what I try. You name it I've tried it.
I've uninstalled, re installed, deleted my versa ect.
Any ideas?
It says last sync May 2nd

Syncing problems are sadly the norm with Fitbit devices.
I've had issues syncing ever since I got my fitbit Blaze 3 years ago, and the problems persist with my Ionic.
I can eventually get them to sync, but it requires at least 50 retries, and sometimes a restart of both the watch and the phone for it to go through, and sometimes not even that will work, and I'll have to remove the watches from my phones bluetooth devices, and reset the app, log back in again, and then they will sync.
Easily takes an hour of trying every time I want to sync. Has been this way for 3 years and Fitbit have done nothing.
