Hello Fitbit Team!
The app version 2.60 won't sync anymore my Ionic. I manually reinstalled 2.59 and the sync works fine.
Please fix this bug! Thanks.

Hi there @Rauser, good to see you around. There is no bug that is affecting the connectivity of the app with Ionic after I reviewed our reports. If you are having syncing issues with the new version of the Fitbit (2.60) on Android, please try to perform a restart on your phone.
Perhaps the following steps will be helpful, but it is require you install again the new version:
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Hope this helps and for more questions feel free to let me know.

I am having this same problem with my charge 2 since the update to 2.60. Ever since the update, I've had trouble syncing and the data in the app AND on fitbit.com is inaccurate. I have turned my phone off/on and logged out/back on the app with the no change.

Hi Roberto,
thank you for your answer. I followed your advice yesterday and after a few attempts the sync worked again.
In the evening the notifications stopped working for about an hour, but this has been recovered by itself... Hm...
So, I will observe it the next days and give you a feedback.

I’m having the same problem, and I tried the suggested steps. It still won’t sync immediately after all those steps.
