Version 3.70 not available on Google play app Store

The newest version of the app isn't showing up in the Google play app store.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @RudyManchego. I´m sorry to hear that Fitbit app version 3.70 is not available for you. 

 

As advised here Fitbit app version is available since 11/01. Which Android version do you have? You can try uninstalling and re installing the Fitbit app in order to get the latest version and sync your device.

Hi @RudyManchego  you'll only see the versions that your phone operating system can use. 

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

OK, but now my Charge 4 won't synch with my phone. Every time I try it just says "Download or update the Fitbit app" or something to that effect.

@Odyssey13 I believe instead that the version 3.70 deployment has been halted by Fitbit. In fact my Pixel 6 with Android 13 doesn't see it as well.

@AndreaFitbit I have Android version 12. I have uninstalled the app numerous times in many different ways as described in various posts about similar issues with no luck.

It's been a while and I've downloaded the app several times in many different ways, but every time I try to connect my Charge 4 it just says to update or download the app. It's getting a bit frustrating now. Please help.

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know the message you get when trying to connect your Charge 4 @RudyManchego.

 

I understand how frustrating this could be and please try setting up your device again. Follow the instructions of: ow do I set up a replacement device or add another device to my account?
