I realize my contact less payment on Fitbit wallet has been disabled on 1st day of 2024. To my surprise, I found this online here
However, there is no solution provided. I tried removing and adding it back and unable to get it work. Anyone has similar issue and know how to resolve it?
I am pretty disappointed with Fitbit, as Log in to my Fitbit app everyday, there is no notification or email to ask me to perform the step above. Even worse, there is no online solution for this. It is like telling you what will happen but without providing a solution

Hi, @SeanFoo, welcome, have you tried deleting your card from the Fitbit pay, restart your device. In the Fitbit app clear the cache & storage & restart your phone. Once you've done this try re-installing your card. Check your card provider still co-operates with Fitbit Fitbit Pay Bank & Transit Support List & Google Wallet Bank List .

I have been affected by this too. My fitbit pay wouldn't work when I went to pay my bar tab at the end of New Years Eve, in the early hours of January 1st.
I then had further failures when trying to pay my supermarket bill at the checkout on 2nd January.
To be honest this change has been very poorly implemented by Fitbit, without giving communication prominence to users.
